       Ashley Foster’s father is a retired colonel from the United States Army and Stephen Foster’s father served in the United States Navy in World War II.  Foster & Foster participates in very few types of mass tort litigation but have chosen to take on 3M in this particular case because they are personally offended by and angry about the actions of 3M.

     Partner Ashley Foster has years of experience trying high profile cases as an Assistant District Attorney.  As a prosecutor, she handled complicated white collar prosecutions.  She also has brought justice to criminals and for victims of violent crimes.  She currently uses her high profile experience to help people that have been taken advantage of by others.  Ashley is one of the most respected litigators in Texas and regularly handles important and complicated litigation.
